CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations and reschedules. • A non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows. • For late reschedules, a $50 fee will be charged and applied to the rescheduled appointment when the service is rendered. If the rescheduled appointment is missed or cancelled, the $50 reschedule fee becomes non-refundable and an additional $50 will be charged to the card on file. • For Members, a $50 fee may be charged for no-shows, or appointment cancellations and reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice. • We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for retail products that have been opened.
